The Plus hosting package includes the initial installation and configuration of a robust security plugin and the WordPress speed optimisation plugin. We initially configure these plugins to provide optimal protection against hacking and an optimised WordPress website for extra speed through powerful caching.
This combined security and speed setup ensures your website operates with robust security measures and fast loading speeds. This gives you guaranteed protection and performance without the need for technical knowledge.
We install and configure these three modules for you. After that, you keep them updated along with WordPress. The Plus package has a one-time setup fee covering the installation and configuration of the three modules.
WordPress updates
We provide the hosting infrastructure. But you are responsible for handling all WordPress and plugin updates, including the security and LiteSpeed plugins. You maintain WordPress and plugin updates.
We will cover the costs of cleaning up your website in the event of a security breach or if your website has ben hacked, provided that WordPress and all plugins were up to date before the breach occurred.
Website transfer service included
Do you have a WordPress website that you would like to transfer to FourteenRockets? We offer a free WordPress transfer service for up to 1 hour. If the transfer takes longer than one hour for any reason, you will be charged € 20,00 for every 15 minutes of work outside of the one free hour. Transferring a small WordPress website rarely takes more than an hour.
Optional technical assistance
Although FourteenRockets Hosting packages provide reliable infrastructure for your WordPress website, we understand that you may occasionally require technical assistance. Although you manage your own WordPress installation, we offer optional support should you need help with major changes, theme customisation or complex plugin implementation.
This optional technical assistance is available at € 20,00 per 15 minutes for tasks that can be completed within a few hours. For more extensive projects requiring additional time, we can provide a personalised quotation. This ensures that you can enjoy the cost advantages of self-managed hosting while having access to professional support when you need it.
Fair Use Policy
This package includes hosting of your WordPress website on our fast and secure dedicated web server. FourteenRockets applies a Fair Use Policy (FUP) for traffic. This means that there is no limit to the amount of traffic and server space you can use, unless your website (temporarily) receives a disproportionate number of visitors. The number of visitors over 50,000 per month costs € 1.00 per 1,000 visitors per month.
The package does not include the annual costs for domains and mailboxes.
